We’re a QSR business founded in 2012 in Seattle, WA. We started in the food truck scene as a scrappy little food cart serving warm grain bowls to busy workers at the headquarters of Amazon, Microsoft, Starbucks, Expedia, biotech companies, major hospitals, and farmers markets around town.

Our little cart was even featured in an episode of Grey’s Anatomy!

Since then our name has changed and the food carts are retired and we’ve pivoted to a micro-retail (i.e. small) footprint model. We turned all of the experience operating as a successful food cart business into a system to be replicated in existing places where people are looking to grab a fresh, high quality meal on-the-go. In the short run, this means, drive-thrus, or small store fronts in suburban shopping centers. In the long term it means building micro-retail kiosks in food halls, airports, corporate lobbies and even stadiums. The limitation of the pandemic won’t last forever and we’ll be ready to grow once it ends.
